As always all of my videos turn out to be a full body workout but this one is particularly focused on your abs and booty!
No equipment necessary! Just you and your mat.

* As always focus on your breath and if something doesn't feel good for you adjust accordingly. This workout is for YOU so if you need to rest your head or bend your kneed- do it! Take breaks and get back into it when you feel ready.
