Join me on this STRONG 40 min full body sculpting workout from the mat to standing with cardio!
Connect your mind to body using slow inhales and exhales in order to focus on those hard to reach muscles.
This sequence will sculpt your abs and arms, lift your butt and lengthen your legs. As well as elevate your heart rate with a standing series and bursts of cardio :)
Warm up and cool down included!
I added 3lb hand weights and 2lb ankle weights to really feel the burn.
However, if you don't have the equipment you can always do it without!
* As always if something doesn't feel good for you adjust accordingly. This workout is for YOU so if you need to rest your head or bend your knees- do it!
Take breaks and get back into it when you feel ready.
