Here's a quick warm up video for you that's only UNDER 10 MINS!
I know that most of my videos go straight into the workout without a warm but that's not to say it isn't just as important!
I wanted to create this quick 10 min warm up video that you can add onto any of my videos.
Or, do it any time of the day if you feel like a quick stretch :)
My recommendation is to do this warm-up, followed by a workout of your choice and ending with my cool down video.
That should equal to a full hour workout from start to finish.
