T — F Studio was created after trying countless workout classes and trainers that didn’t achieve the results she was looking for.
These workouts are designed for EVERY BODY to do using minimal equipment, space and time.
Videos are categorized by duration, equipment & body part, so you can find something for every day and mood.

This quick 22 minute standing series is a great advanced series to add into your routine when you don’t have a lot of time but still want to squeeze in an effective workout!
