T — F Studio was created after trying countless workout classes and trainers that didn’t achieve the results she was looking for.
These workouts are designed for EVERY BODY to do using minimal equipment, space and time.

I LOVE using the pilates ball as it targets all the tiny hard to use muscles and forces you to engage and stabilise.
The most common requests I get is for more Pilates ball workouts, as well as "thigh" focused exercises... So here you go, I hop...
