This one is for all my advanced equipment lovers! Grab all your props for this fun and dynamic full body workout. We're going to be using all my go-to favorite props: the pilates ball, booty band, hand weights & ankle weights!
If you don't have any equipment, you can always modify the workouts using a pillow instead of a ball or water bottle instead of weights. But as always you can use your own body weight too and you'll still get an amazing burn. It is all about the mind & body connection!
