I am super excited about this video as it's a full body flow using the Pilates ball - which I have mentioned before is my favourite piece of equipment to use.
This is a 36 minute full body workout targeting EVERY. SINGLE muscle in your body.
I used the ball, light hand weights and a mat.
As always, if you don't have a ball you can use a small pillow or anything similar and no weights necessary.
