MONTH ONE MINDSET —
Focus on the small wins as you begin this 90 day journey. It will likely take some time getting into a consistent routine, and that's totally normal! Continue to show up for yourself and I promise it will get easier as time goes on.
MONTH ONE WORKOUTS —
This month we will focus on more cardio based classes to debloat, sculpt, and see visible transformation.
