This month we are focusing on consistency, routine, and sleep. You are likely feeling nerves leading up to your wedding, so now is the time to tune into yourself to feel empowered and to remove any unnecessary stress.
MONTH THREE MINDSET —
I really encourage you to incorporate more grounding practices to help you feel calm, centered, and able to recap on the last 60 days. Remember, this is YOUR plan. If there are certain tips you are ready to let go of this month, feel free to do so. Listen to your body and what works best for you :)
