A 30 minute Reformer-style mat Pilates sculpt!
Using an optional resistance band to replicate a reformer Pilates workout, but on the mat!! Lengthen, strengthen and tone in just 30 mins.
If you don't have a resistance band you can always use a towel or t-shirt instead of the band too!
As always this is YOUR workout, so feel free to modify or take breaks whenever you need!
