I have to say the Pilates ball is one of the best at home equipments I would recommend purchasing. So versatile and effective!
* As always if something doesn't feel good for you adjust accordingly. This workout is for YOU so if you need to rest your head or bend your knees- do it! Take breaks and get back into it when you feel ready.
