Tasha Franken is a certified health coach, Pilates instructor & Fashion model who created TF Studio after trying countless workout classes and trainers that didn’t achieve the results she was looking for. We will be using a pilates ball, but if you do not have one you can use a pillow or do the workout without. It will still be just as effective :)
