Who doesn't love a good mood boosting workout?
This is a 52 minute class that will sculpt your entire body whilst boosting your mood and leaving you feeling happy, accomplished and calm!
This is the perfect workout for those days you might be feeling stressed, anxious, sad or down. We all have those days and sometimes we underestimate the power of movement!!
Give this workout a go, I promise you'll feel an immediate shift in your energy and mood :)
We will be using the pilates ball, ankle weights, & hand weights. BUT If you don't have any equipment, feel free to use your own body weight :)
