Tasha Franken is a certified health coach, Pilates instructor & Fashion model who created TF Studio after trying countless workout classes and trainers that didn’t achieve the results she was looking for. Underwhelmed and frustrated with what was available, she developed a specific style of her own: To create lengthened & toned muscles using Pilates based exercises, that add tone without bulking and focus on lateral breathing to reduce cortisol & inflammation in the body. These careful curated classes are designed for every body using minimal space, time & equipment.
