Today's workout is a Wedding Booty series, created specifically for the WEDDING — PLAN. We will be sculpting, lifting, and rounding your booty while lengthening and toning your legs. This series is short, effective, and to the point — perfect for you to do anytime & anywhere along your wedding journey. If you don't have any equipment, remember that all of the movements can be done without & the workout will still be just as effective.
