Welcome to Core Recovery. These first four weeks focus on gentle movement, breath, core connection and pelvic floor support as you begin rebuilding your foundation. Start when you feel ready and take your time. If you want to repeat a week, do it. This is your recovery and your timeline, there’s no need to rush.
Always get clearance from your healthcare provider before starting your workout plan after birth.
