I'm a huge fan of Reformer Pilates but I don't have a machine at home...
So I created this routine on the mat to resemble some of those reformer moves that you can do anywhere, anytime with minimal space.
An oldie but a goodie!
A 30min workout focusing on your hips, butt & thighs.
This lower body workout focuses on lifting your butt whilst toning your thighs and shaping your hips.
Optional booty band if you have one for the extra resistance....
