If you spend a lot of time on your laptop etc I really recommend this video for you! A 20 minute workout video to lengthen your entire body and improve your posture!
I'll take you through a series of exercises to strengthen our core, open up our shoulders and work on spinal alignment- all key to growing taller and improving posture... Something I know a lot of us want to continuously work on, especially during this time when we're all spending a lot of time working from home and not getting in as much movement as we'd like.
Trust me you'll notice a difference after doing just 20mins but I recommend adding it to your weekly rotation to see the continuous improvement.
