This video is one of my personal favourites so far!
I LOVE using the pilates ball as it targets all the tiny hard to use muscles and forces you to engage and stabilise.
The most common requests I get is for more Pilates ball workouts, as well as "thigh" focused exercises... So here you go, I hope you like it!
Inner thighs & abs using the pilates ball.
If you don't have a ball you can use a pillow or a Pilates ring.
As always, focus on your breath to really connect to your muscles and take breaks whenever you need to. If anything doesn't feel good you can modify by dropping or head, bending your legs, decreasing the repetition or making the range of movement smaller. It's your workout and your body so do what feels best for you!
