T — F Studio was created after trying countless workout classes and trainers that didn’t achieve the results she was looking for.
These workouts are designed for EVERY BODY to do using minimal equipment, space and time.
Videos are categorized by duration, equipment & body part, so you can find something for every day and mood.

Another sculpt & tone video! A TF Studio favorite.
Today's video is a 26 minute full body sculpting sequence to tone from head to toe.
We will be using a pilates ball, but if you do not have one you can use a pillow or do the workout without. It will still be just as effective :)
Hellooo standing series! On today's video, we are doing a full body workout using the gliders.
If you don't have gliders you can use socks, towels, or anything that will allow you to glide across the floor.
This series will lengthen & tone. Enjoy!
A full body workout with my favourite piece of equipment - the Pilates ball.
This is a slow burn workout that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, & toned!
If you don't have a Pilates ball, you can always modify and use a pillow to create the same effect.
