We go way back with this video but it's still one if the best Pilates Ball workouts.
This Pilates video is a really tough 15 min full body, CORE focused workout using the pilates ball. I really love incorporating the ball and recommend adding it to your "at home" fitness equipment. It's super effective, versatile and under $10!
If you have one already, grab it and give this a go! And if you don't, all good! You can modify by using pillow or no equipment at all and still get a good workout in.
